I provide nurturing, compassionate and supportive therapy to individuals, families, including military personnel. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, issues of self-worth, substance use, grief, loss, and self-harm. I recently ran an intensive outpatient program for people with acute mental health issues in a hospital based environment, and enjoy working with this population as well.

I can help you gain insight in addressing various aspects of your individualized healing process holistically, which may include expressive art therapy, nature therapy, relational-cultural therapy as well as more traditional approaches.

Life’s journey includes many difficulties, including challenges for individuals, couples, and families. Therapy provides a confidential and safe space where feelings can be explored, new skills can be acquired, and healing can begin. Seeking guidance is an important first step. I have experience working survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and other trauma. Trauma often surfaces in ways we may not realize as we do not always know how to articulate and process our emotions. I take a collaborative approach with my clients to identify problem areas, goals, and learn to identify and express their feelings.
