My objective in therapy is to assist clients regain a sense of balance and well-being that brings with it a sense of personal empowerment. As adults we all have life challenges, whether it be the loss of a loved one, ending of a marriage/relationship, or the challenges of work and parenting. I see myself as a guide to help you to once again feel in control of your life.

I am an LCSW therapist located in Poway California. I specialize in EMDR therapy, PTSD, domestic violence, children's play therapy, grief and loss issues and self esteem building. I see individuals, couples, families and have group therapy sessions. I am committed to helping individuals, couples and families develop the relationships they desire among other people and themselves. My office is a safe place to begin the process of change and help people learn the tools needed in order to make the desired changes.
