The most useful tool in psychotherapy is a thoughtful, interactive dialogue. My goal is to engage clients using their unique strengths and experience, in order to help them create a life that is meaningul to them.
I enjoy working with individuals and families from all walks of life. Although my specialty is psychotherapy with children and teens, more than half of my clients are younger to older adults. I see clients individually, or as part of a couple or family.
I have practiced psychology in San Diego County for over a decade. I am grateful to have maintained a private practice that allows me the flexibility to give my clients the attention they deserve. I offer weekday daytime and evening appointments.
