Online Herpes Support Group for Women
"Herpes is extremely common, you are not alone." Psychoeducation about the medical and emotional aspects of the infection. Coping skills to deal with the practical as well as the emotional aspects of living with an STI and the STIGMA attached to them. Address how the diagnosis affects people's self-esteem, self-regard, how they approach sex and relationships and learn to heal from the pain, come to accept their new reality and learn to see yourself with the diagnosis in a healthy and compassionate way.
