Intervision is ‘peer coaching’. Intervision creates a feeling of connection between participants and strengthens a sense of belonging to the group. Intervision helps to develop a learning culture. It allows for individuals to acquire skills and competencies, instrumental for learning such as active listening, empathy, creative thinking and creative problem solving.
