I offer a variety of psychotherapy services for individuals, and families to help find ways to increase understanding of themselves and others, and identify and practice new approaches to existing problems. My approach is compassionate, but direct and goal-oriented. My work as a psychotherapist is grounded in the extensive study and experience in individual and relational psychotherapy. I am on some insurance panels.
A speciality includes Counseling for families and children during divorce and separation issues. Early before work appointments available.
My goal is to help clients explore any issues that they feel are important. The therapy session is a time in which clients can experience a nonjudgmental, supportive environment.
