As a therapist, I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy based on the needs of the presenting situation and the individual. I primarily use logical consequences, cognitive behavior, and a solution focused approach as well as hypnosis and thought field therapy, drawing on differing theoretical frameworks to meet differing needs.
