Sometimes many of us are faced with major challenges in life. We spend months if not years struggling with our confusion, not making sense of our fear, living with our depression, losing loved ones to our anger, dueling with our shame, and waking up with anxiety.Sometimes we feel so unsure of where to turn for help and who to talk to... I feel privileged to be in a profession dedicated to people on their challenging times. My top priority is the well being of my clients and their loved ones.
I pride myself in providing the hightest quality of therapeutic care to my clients. I assist my clients to learn how to manage difficult emotions as well as how to treat themselves with love and kindness. I support them to come to a better understanding of their relationships with themseleves and others.
For twenty years, I have worked with individuals, couples and adolescents. I specialize on treating issues related to infidelity and extramarital relationship. I also have years of experience treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, grief and issues with empty nest. Premarital counseling has also been a part of my professional experience with couples.
