As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping strong individuals on their journey to live their best life. Many have been coping with substance abuse, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, panic attacks, chronic pain, co-occuring disorders, low self-worth, codependency and phobias. I have a background facilitating group therapy sessions for adults in recovery and lead family and couples sessions as well as individual counseling sessions.

I am very passionate about suicide education and response, as well as working with those who have experienced sexual trauma and domestic violence, among others. I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of trauma survivors of all ages. I am the co-owner of Family Therapy Clinic of Louisiana, LLC. I have over 28 years of clinical experience, providing a variety of services including psychological assessment, cognitive-behavioral treatments, and medication management. Although I treat a number of clinical conditions, I specialize in working with anxiety-based disorders including OCD, PTSD, and performance anxiety issues. I have worked with hundreds of athletes, and provided psychological services for LSU's Athletic Department over a period of 17 years. I am also licensed as a Medical Psychologist and manage medications for a variety of treatment issues.
