I specialize in primary and secondary trauma experienced by law enforcement officers, firefighters/paramedics, educators, veterans, mental health professionals, survivors of suicide, survivors of violent crimes, their families, and those struggling with complicated and traumatic grief. I see clients who need help managing their anger and addictive behaviors. Additionally, I work with survivors of Near Death Experiences (NDE) and psychically gifted children and adults. I offer debriefing services to law enforcement officers after critical incident involvement and mandated psychotherapy for fit-for-duty protocols.
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, a Master of Ministry in Comparative Theology, and a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, both from the University of Arizona. I am a Certified Critical Incident Response provider with advanced certification in Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
If you are experiencing burnout, depression, anxiety, compassion fatigue, trauma, or any life transition or loss, please reach out. I will walk with you, side-by-side, through the dark tunnel and hold that emotional flashlight until you can light your way yourself.
