Deciding to reach out for help is very daunting so I thank you for taking the leap of faith and coming across my profile. My practice mission, vision and values are predicated upon the individual that walks through our doors so we can craft together a specific plan that works for our therapeutic partnership. Everyone has a different pace, different goals and we are here to help walk that journey with you. I have 13 years of experience working with the government and various non-profits and hospitals. I have created a program in Ontario as well so I am well acclimated to diverse populations and issues.
I own a private psychotherapy and psychiatry practice that deals with the treatment for both mental health and substance use disorders as they often come as a package deal. We offer leading edge suboxone treatment, have medication reviews, individual, family and group counseling all in house. No wait times, and services can be altered based on need.
Often, one will go see a counselor and then get a referral to a psychiatrist for meds if needed. It also isn't uncommon for someone to have to "fix the drug problem" before the depression can be treated and our philosophy is NOT that! It is about inclusive treatment, and I have 13 years experience doing that so I will be happy to walk alongside your recovery
