I have 19 years of experience working with individuals who have endured child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and those who have difficulty adjusting to unfamiliar situations. I have extensive experience in working with those who experience depression, anxiety, the loss of a relationship or love one and Post Trumatic Stress Disorder.
My approach is unique to your individual needs, and designed to help you understand both your strengths and what you can change to make everyday better and stress free. PTSD Support Group
The PTSD support group provides support for adults who have experienced trauma and/or abuse. As a daughter of a Vietnam Veteran and I have recently worked as a Clinical Therapist at Fort Hood in Killeen, TX. I am familiar with the military culture and have 10 years working with military families. Let me use my knowledge and skill gained through working with victims of trauma to offer you support as you re-establish balance within you life. I have had extensive training at Walter Reed hospital for PTSD and Mood Disorders.

Anger Management Group
This anger management group is geared toward helping clients gain insight into their physical and behavioral responses to anger. I help clients identify triggers and early waning signs of anger, which may be difficult for them to identify independently. I teach clients about the use of deep breathing, muscle relaxation, and ways to identify others physical, mental, and emotional outlets to manager anger.
