As I like to tell my clients, anyone at any stage of their lives can benefit from therapy. With a degree that emphasizes couples and family counseling, I can work with individuals in any stage of their life.I can conduct therapy with individuals, couples, and families that are experiencing life stressors and difficulties. I also specialize in depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideations, specifically in the LGBTQ population.
I use an ecelctic approach, which encompasses many different modalities. I like to use the CBT model, Humanistic approach, the Psychoanalytic approach, to name a few. I believe that therapy should be tailored to each and every client, depending on their needs. Some modalities work for some, but not others.
