My approach is to work together to help you lead your life in accordance with your values. I also like to incorporate psychoeducation into my practice to help build coping skills for a number of stressors.
My primary focus is helping adults explore the issues at the core of their depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and chronic illness or pain. Over time, we will work together to identify what matters most to you and helps you achieve the goals you set for yourself.
