After 22 years of experience in mental health and wellness, first as a community mental health counselor and now as a psychologist, I have adopted an integrative approach to mental health, one that utilizes our tools of assessment to clearly identify your strengths, followed by the development of an individualized plan to include various modalities to help you reach your optimal potential.

I specialize in helping women and teens who feel overwhelmed with the many demands of today's world. My clients often feel exhausted from managing expectations for themselves and feel like their efforts often fall short. They have difficulty slowing down their minds and sometimes resort to unhealthy habits, making them feel even worse. The teens I work with struggle with worry to the extent that they avoid things such as school and social situations and may experience sleep problems and panic attacks. As a parent, you may feel helpless and worried you will miss something, which can be scary. I've been there, and I'm here to help.
