In therapy I integrate CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and expressive activities with a client-centered nature infused interpersonal approach. I give regular homework and coach clients to practice skills learned and encourage family involvement to accelerate their therapeutic progress. I assess each individual's biopsychosocialspiritual needs and develop goals addressing their entire being.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years and have maintained a full-time private practice since 1994.
