I’m an LCSW with experience in psychiatric inpatient stabilization and outpatient programs. I work with teens through adults diagnosed with mood disorders, psychosis, Insomnia, executive functioning challenges and ASD. I am a certified clinical anxiety specialist. I am trained in CBT for Insomnia and have my Level I Certification for Tech Addiction and Digital Health through NIDHW.
