I use my knowledge of psychotherapy and life experiences to assist my clients in becoming the best they can be. I take an eclectic approach to mental health assisting my clients in finding the best in themselves and enhancing their creative abilities to better understand their emotions and behaviors so each individual can take control of their life and lead the way to accomplish their goals and dreams. I work with adults, couples and families using a combination of approaches including EMDR, CBT, Existential and Client-Centered psychotherapies in order to alleviate the pain and suffering caused by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other disorders.
I am now certified in Psychedelic Integration and Harm Reduction Therapy. This therapy is, on average, a 6-8 week approach using psychedelics, Ketamine, in order to prepare for dosing sessions, discuss what to expect at dosing appointments and help to integrate the experience between dosing.
When possible natural techniques are used to help the body maximize its ability to heal using the brain's adaptive information processing to reprocess information being input through the 5 senses. My client and I work as a team to navigate through past experiences and find updated, healthier ways to move forward in the future.
