I am a Supervising Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Columbia College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) with 500+ hours of classroom study and has been teaching in studios, schools, corporate businesses, gyms, prison, hospitals and private homes for 20 years. I am a Level II Certificate in Integrative Restoration Meditation, an adjunct evidenced based approach in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction and insomnia.
