I too have experienced difficult life situations, trauma and grief. I didn’t start my life with all of these titles. I had to work hard for each one of them. Through every challenge, every struggle, every stumbling block, and every failure.

We all hope for what is best for ourselves, but uncontrolled events will happen and when it does it may seem like a setback. Some circumstances can be overcome in solidarity, but others may hinder the way we view ourselves, those around us, and our overall outlook on life. I am a licensed therapist / clinical social worker who has worked with a large number of individuals in a variety of settings for almost 40 years.
