Currently only accepting EMDR/Brainspotting Intensives which is 3-6 hours per day. and an out of pocket expense. My approach is holistic, with an awareness of cultural and systemic impacts on mental health. My goal in treatment is to help individuals find more effective ways to live healthier, happier, and more successful lives. What this looks like for each person depends on individualized treatment goals. I tailor my treatment approach to the unique needs and strengths of each person.
