So you can focus on getting better, my assistant will handle all insurance questions and forms for you, including for out-of-network reimbursements, which will usually reimburse you 50-80%. I invite you into the office, where I provide a safe space where you can increase self-understanding and work towards your goals.
My approach is tailored to each person’s individual needs. I draw on evidence-based mindfulness and psychodynamic approaches to help you overcome barriers; build new coping skills; understand the root of longstanding issues; and make decisive life changes.
It is not easy to begin a new path and open up in therapy; I connect often by drawing on humor, irreverence, and paradox. I take a down-to-earth approach that helps you develop new insights and learn new skills, allowing you to make real and lasting change in your life.
