Concurrent with my private practice, I have worked as a clinical consultant for Right Management Associates, an outplacement firm, where I focused on helping people who lost their jobs navigate the stress of finding new employment. Subsequently, I was a partner at Harris, Rothenberg Int. (HRI), a global firm that provided psychological counseling to employees of for-profit and non-profit organizations. At HRI, I supervised clinical staff and directed the Work/Life Division, which provided programs and services that helped employees balance their family obligations and professional careers.

I have been seeing patients for over 19 years and my experience has shown me time and again the wonderful changes that individuals can attain when they become more aware of the hidden meanings behind seemingly incomprehensible and self-destructive behaviors.
