As a creative arts therapist and EMDR practitioner, I work with people who struggle with depression, PTSD, work issues, and substance abuse. My practice includes children, adolescents and adults struggling with a wide range of issues. My style is warm, interactive, supportive, and practical. I meet people where they are to best help them feel safe as we work together. I have been in private practice for 20 years.
