I am a licensed clinical social worker intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) specializing in the treatment of adolescents, young adults and adults suffering from mood disorders, depression, anxiety and borderline personality disorder (BPD). DBT is a therapy designed to teach people how to live in the moment, cope healthily with stress, regulate emotions and improve relationships with others.
