Anxiety and depression rates among teens is on the rise. As parents, we need to do what we can to help prepare our youth for navigating the stressors of life. If your teen shows any signs of anxiety, this group can help. Who: For all teens ages 12 – 17. What is taught/learned: Knowledge and understanding of anxiety and depression, How to identify and recognize negative self talk, and implement positive self talk, Self acceptance and overcoming thoughts of perfectionism, Coping skills, How to be resilient. When: Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00. Cost: $60 per group
