Welcome, I'm glad you've stopped by. Please note I do not offer couples therapy, only individual therapy for adults. I'm here to tell you it's okay if you want support. I'm someone who helps people to identify underlying issues that contribute to difficult feelings, stress, or residual issues from previous trauma. I work to be collaborative and attuned with your needs while you navigate the complexities of your internal and external world.
