Adrienne has a special interest in guiding new mothers through the many physical and emotional changes during the pregnancy and postpartum period. She has an additional area of concentration with older children and adults with ADHD, helping her clients understand the impact of their neurodivergence in all aspects of life. Adrienne uses a compassionate and understanding approach in combination with evidence-based interventions with clients, whether working through anxiety and intrusive thoughts or challenging life transitions. Adrienne will help you make sense of you experience and provide you with helpful coping skills.
Adrienne has experience working with older children, teens, & adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, & stress. She has completed additional training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), neurodivergent affirming care, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Adrienne believes in the importance of expanding her own mental health care knowledge base through reading current literature and attending training or workshops in specialized topics. Adrienne feels every client requires individualized care when working through life’s challenges and creates a plan specific to each client’s needs.
