I believe we all deserve to feel safe, seen and connected. I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and parents. I have experience working both in schools and clinics while helping those with depression, anxiety and trauma. I also understand the challenges parents may face and believe they deserve to feel connected, seen, and heard. I know that we don’t always feel equipped to help when our child is struggling. When appropriate, I offer parenting-focused consultations to provide parents with the tools they need, free from judgement.

My therapy style is grounded in relationships. I draw from humanistic and attachment-based perspectives, tailoring my work to the needs of each individual or family. I'm trained in several evidence-based modalities, including play-based therapy, expressive arts, sand tray therapy, and EMDR.

Above all, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where children, teens, and parents feel heard and empowered. No one should have to struggle alone. Therapy can be a place to discover your voice, build resilience, and move toward healing—together.
