I am a psychotherapist who specializes in treating depression, anxiety, mood instability, alcohol/substance abuse disorders, and complex trauma. I utilize EMDR which is a powerful tool used in the therapeutic experience to reduce symptoms while targeting root causes. I provide a non-judgmental, safe atmosphere with empathy and unconditional positive regard.
As a therapist I have learned that no single model is helpful for everyone. I pull form an eclectic toolkit of wellness strategies and modalities that meet your unique needs with respect to who you are as a person. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, open, and nurturing with the intent to establish a space to enhance restoration and healing.
