I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides outpatient therapy to adolescents, college students and adults. I am passionate about empowering individuals to discover their strengths and develop new skills in order to challenge old patterns and create new possibilities. I work with clients on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders.
Areas of specialty include mood disorders, transitional life issues, impulse control disorders, and nervous system regulation. I am honored to assist people in creating a safe, authentic path for growth.
My practice is located just off Dickson Street in Fayetteville and I offer flexible appointment times to accommodate work and school schedules. My office is within walking distance from the University of Arkansas.
