Hello, friend! I am a licensed outpatient therapist and advocate for child sexual abuse prevention, treatment, and awareness. I provide treatment for children, adolescents and adults impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD and substance use. I possess over five years of experience in mental health and am versed in various treatment modalities. My mission is to reduce the suffering of children impacted by sexual trauma and increase their ability to thrive as individuals by intervening early and effectively.
I am a trauma-informed therapist who utilizes traditional Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I am also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. While I focus on treating clients with sexual trauma, I also provide treatment to clients with other traumatic experiences, grief, anxiety and depression.
