I use an eclectic approach depending on the needs of the client. I am trained in using CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, family therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. My specialties include working with neurodivergent individuals and families in crisis. I also help with anger, depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues.
