Bodywise Recovery - A Group for 12-Step Oldtimers
This an in-person group for folks in 12-Step recovery from a substance use disorder who are looking to deepen their experience. Participants are stable in their sobriety, but feeling stale with their current program. We will explore "character defects" that are difficult to let go of, and how the answer might be in the fight/flight/freeze response. We will actively utilize tools that strengthen the place in our nervous system where we feel safe, connected, curious, and compassionate. This group runs continuously. Check our website for the date of the next cohort.
