Tired of crying yourself to sleep, blowing up "for no reason", feeling "on edge" and nervous, bickering with significant others, and feeling the need to defend yourself ? Chronic conflict and stress can leave us feeling drained and exhausted, with little hope for the future and no desire to try again. Using an experiential, present oriented style, I will help you understand your unique "dance" of connection with loved ones and how to be your best self. You will learn to listen more effectively, set clear boundaries, say what you want and need with confidence, and express anger in productive ways.
I hold a Certificate in Pastoral Counseling and believe human experience is sacred, and most relationships, except where violence or untreated addiction is present, are worth repairing. I have extensive training in Clinical Hypnosis and look for ways to weave this approach into work with clients who are especially "stuck".
