I have extensive background working with athletic populations, however, I welcome clients of all types and work to help each one overcome whatever obstacles they my be facing. As a Professional Counselor, I am prepared to help clients work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transition issues in addition to sport psychology consulting work. Regardless of client background, I strive to form a unique relationship with each individual I work with and am passionate about helping others develop the tools to overcome their difficulties; life, health, and sport-related (when applicable); and become their best selves possible.
Sport doesn't occur in a vacuum. There are many social, personal, and emotional, factors that play a large role in the adjustment and success in athletes and their support systems. Using an interactive, creative approach, I work with human beings; many of whom just happen to be athletes.
My office is located in a quiet, neutral setting designed for comfort and safety of my clients.
