I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders across the lifespan. My goal is to empower you or your loved one to confidently navigate life's challenges and pursue activities that bring fulfillment and meaning. My areas of expertise include: obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic, phobias, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking), as well as co-occurring problems with mood, relationships, and stress around navigating major life changes.
My approach is informed by evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also collaborate with caregivers when children or teens require support but aren't quite ready to engage in therapy themselves.
Therapy is most effective when we can build a strong therapeutic relationship. With that in mind, I prioritize creating a warm, supportive space for us to work together toward the goals that are most important to you.
