Hi! My name is Adrienne. I believe that we are created to live life abundantly. However, the reality is that we live in a broken world that is full of pain and heartbreak. This undercurrent of suffering & confusion as we can't help but think "it's not supposed to be this way." Sometimes, circumstances change, and sometimes, they don't. My desire is to walk alongside you and be a witness in your healing journey, regardless of your circumstances. To support you in your valleys, celebrate & savor your mountaintops, and find life abundant. I I believe there is always hope. No matter how dark the night may get, the morning always comes.
My desire is to cultivate a compassionate, confidential, non-judgmental space in our sessions and to help bring about healing and growth through a variety of modalities. I have also completed Brainspotting Phase I and II. Brainspotting is a powerful tool used to help identify, process, & release neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, etc.
