I conduct individual supervision with Associate therapists working with adult clients, specializing in PTSD, trauma, and bipolar (with a particular specialty in early diagnosis). I also have extensive experience working with depression and anxiety disorders. I enjoy working with career, ADHD/executive function, and spirituality issues. I teach a strengths-based and client-centered approach, which builds on clients' personal and life strengths in their healing and tailoring therapeutic approach to clients' individual needs and priorities.
I focus on trauma healing, coping skills, mindfulness, changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to create more comfortable emotions, inner child work, and exploring values, vocation, and spirituality with clients. Therapies I specialize in include DBT (skills training only), CBT, MBSR, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/tapping.
I believe that mental health management and trauma healing are always possible, and that a stable, productive, fulfilling life is not a fantasy but something that everyone can achieve.
