Accepting new clients as of July 2026! Therapy for highly sensitive and/or anxious children, teens, and adults. I specialize in highly sensitive people, childhood anxiety and OCD, and parenting challenges. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and I hold a certification as a youth mental health specialist. I understand the unique challenges that high sensitivity or anxious people face. Highly sensitive people think, care, and feel deeply. However, that sensitivity also brings overwhelm, perfectionism, overstimulation, and burnout. I believe those with sensitivity don’t need to toughen up, they need to learn how to harness it.
What makes me different? I take my time in addressing your concerns. As a therapist who is predominately cash pay, I don’t have a large case load. This means I am not rushing from session to session. I know how important it is to talk to your child’s pediatrician, teacher, or school counselor to encircle your child in a supportive and collaborative team.
I help children, teens, and adults understand their feelings or sensitivity, build emotional confidence, and develop lifelong skills for coping with life’s challenges. I take a whole-family approach with child and teen clients by working closely with parents. My style is grounded, attuned, and rooted in evidence-based methods. Let’s get started!
