I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified yoga instructor and I work with individuals who are feeling stuck and ready for change. I can help you feel more open to your self, centered in the here and now, and engaged with what you value. I use talk therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and offer yoga to help clients discover what works for them.
I work with a wide range of people and issues including: adjustment to change, connection, sadness, worry, and difficulty sleeping. We will figure out what you value most, what gets in the way of those things, and how to make accomplishing what you want not seem so overwhelming.
