I will assist you in your counseling journey by providing a judgment-free, compassionate, safe, and comfortable environment.
In addition to working with those who are struggling with anxiety and depression, I have also been trained by Postpartum Support International (PSI) in perinatal mental health. I support mothers, fathers, and families affected by postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility issues, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and pregnancy termination.
I work with adults (who live in Texas or Tennessee) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and grief. Whatever journey you’re on, I’ll walk with you. I truly believe you already possess many qualities needed to enrich your own life. I am here to help you reduce barriers and find the tools to enjoy a happier and healthier life.
