I am a breast cancer survivor. I understand the fears, physical changes, and financial worries from diagnosis and treatment. I also know what it’s like navigating survivorship, the fear of recurrence, and life post-treatment. I can provide a safe space to discuss and process all the anxiety, depression, fear, hopelessness, anger, and stress from a cancer diagnosis or chronic illness.
In addition, I have been trained by Postpartum Support International (PSI) in perinatal mental health. I support mothers, fathers, and families affected by postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility issues, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and pregnancy termination.
I work with adults (who reside in Texas or Tennessee) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and life transitions. Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, lonely, overwhelmed, sad, and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers, and their lives.
