From an early age I have had a passion for helping others in an impactful way. I aspire and dedicate my time working with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, sexual and domestic abuse, family discord, personality disorders and ADHD. Therapy can be scary and in many communities, still very stigmatized. I aid in assisting individuals who make a brave decision to seek out therapy for self or close loved ones, in order to live the best life possible.
I have purposely focused on my skillset to best serve youth and children, teens, young adults, adults and families. I utilize trauma informed care, CBT, deescalation techniques and coping mechanisms. I am currently working to enhance my skillset in DBT, EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
Motivation, passion, courage, leadership and self determination are essential when navigating through life's obstacles and helping other's unpack and process emotions and behaviors. "Believe you can and you're half way there."-Theodore Roosevelt
