Immediate openings- including evening appointments! I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult life transitions, family conflict, and relationship issues. Together, we can learn how to make room for working differently with feelings like anxiety, depression, or shame that can often show up in unhelpful ways in our relationships. My background in family systems has prepared me to be able to give you the tools you need to improve functioning in your relationships. Two of the approaches I use are solution focused therapy and cognitive behavior therapy which can help people approach difficulties.

I have experience working in community mental health settings and outpatient clinics and have helped people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. My goal is to meet the unique needs of each of my clients, and together, we take action to accomplish these goals. Examples of goals may include understanding patterns or addressing relationships.

A guiding principle in my work with clients is, “We are wounded in relationships, and we can heal in relationships”. I believe in each client’s ability to change and see the progress they hope to in their relationships. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Elian Beattie of Insights Group in Rye, NH for a New Hampshire LMHC.
