Hi! I'm glad you made it to my page! I am a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified School Adjustment Counselor from Boston, Massachusetts. I earned my BA in Psychology from Spelman College and my MA in Counseling Psychology and an Advanced Professional Certificate in School Adjustment Counseling from Lesley University. I also have a Post-Master’s Clinical Certificate in Relational and Multi-Contextual Treatment of Trauma from Simmons University and holds a Special Education Advocacy Certificate from the Federation for Children with Special Needs as well.
After 13 years in child protective services, I am now a Full-Time School Counselor who is passionate about the mental health and well-being of children & adolescents. To that end, in an effort to help keep students and families connected and informed during the Pandemic, I created a student and family resource website (bewellresourcehaven .weebly. com)
Available for telehealth Mon, Tues, and Thurs 3-9pm. If this schedule does not meet your needs, please reach out to discuss other options. I speaks intermediate conversational Spanish and am open to working with families where the client/child is English-speaking, but the parent/guardian communicates in Spanish.
