As a working wife and mom, I understand some of the struggles of having a healthy balance of being a mom, wife, and finding time to take care of myself. As a military wife, I have great understanding of the challenges that come with this unique lifestyle. My life experiences as well as my ability to be non-judgmental and empathetic are what help make me a great therapist.
My work and life experiences are what help me most to help guide clients throughout the different struggles in life. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space for clients to process their emotions, manage stress, and work towards their personal goals.
