Life is not always an easy road to navigate and sometimes we need a guide to help us find our way again. In my work I enjoy helping my clients heal the blocks to the true authentic Self. Our fears, wounds, self-criticisms and identity issues are not who we are, but we must resolve them before we can live the life that is waiting to be ours.
While talk is an important part of my work, I also help you discover new ways to connect to the Language of your True Self. You may be drawn to visual arts, creative writing, role-play, movement, sand play as well as customized guided meditations and imagery that meet the needs of the moment and open you up to the guidance of your intuition and Highest Self.

Creative Consultation for Psychotherapists
This monthly group is intended for professional therapists active in their fields. No art experience necessary. It is theoretically based in expressive arts therapies; presenting a new perspective for understanding your cases. Using the same multi-modal approach we use with our clients, we offer an experiential learning environment for gaining first-hand experience of the powerful impact of the arts.
