Hello, my name is Adrienne Claxton. I want to commend you for having the courage to take the next step to be as whole as you can! Helping others gain clarity and insight into the obstacles that prevent their wholeness is my passion. I believe we are individuals who are body, soul (mind) and spirit. I use a variety of methods that will explore your beliefs, behaviors and thoughts. The exploration is in collaboration with you together we investigate, identify and plan the approaches to process the issues before us.
My therapy/counseling background is eclectic and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Faith-based approaches.
