Adrienne Cenci, LPCC-S. Everyone has their own unique story to tell. Adrienne utilizes a collaborative approach with clients incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which include mindfulness and stress management techniques. She provides individual counseling for adults ages 18 to 64. Her areas of specialty include Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, trauma, grief, and substance use disorders. Her work is grounded in the belief that we can heal from the past, so that we can live fully in the present.
She has a Master's Degree in Counseling from Xavier University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Dayton. She has more than 30 years of experience in mental health counseling and has previously served as the Clinical Director at inpatient and outpatient facilities.
